How do I choose the correct product size?
The size chart is usually listed by each product. If not, we will be happy to measure the exact dimensions of the product if you contact us on working days between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm, on tel. number +421 948 358 165.  
 
What is the delivery period? 
We ship the goods only after the payment has been credited to our bank account, i.e. the goods will usually be delivered to you within 2 working days from the crediting of the payment to our account.If we do not have the goods in stock and it states a certain delivery time (usually several days), we ship the goods immediately after it is in stock. The goods will then usually be delivered to you within 2 working days of stocking. 
 
What are the shipping conditions? 
We ship worldwide. The price for shipping within the European Union differs from EUR 5.90 to EUR 9.90 depending on the country, rest of the world EUR 19.90. Free shipping on orders over 150 EUR.   
 
Do you also have brick-and-mortar stores?
ZUPPA does not yet have a brick-and-mortar store, but we believe that we will have one soon.
 
How do I find out the status of my order?
The best thing to do is to contact us at info@zuppashop.com or by phone at +421 948 358 165. It is not advisable to find out about the status of your order in the form of messages on social networks, because due to the large number of messages it is not possible on our part respond in a timely manner.  
 
Is it possible for you to tailor a specific product to me?
No. ZUPPA products are sewn as a whole collections, in several tailoring workshops. Unfortunately, there is no capacity left for individual custom orders. If the product is not in stock in your size, it is because it is already sold out. However, sometimes we additionally stock selected products, which we always inform about in advance on our social networks.  
 
Can the goods be exchanged if the size or color of the goods does not suit us?
Yes, every product purchased through the e-shop www.zuppashop.com can be sent back to us for exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt. Along with the goods, send us information on the size or color for which you want to exchange the goods. If the size / color you require is in stock, we will send you the required product. If it is not in stock, you have the option to request another product, or you can withdraw from the contract for this product. Returned goods must not be used (ie not worn, only tested) or washed - must not be damaged or soiled - with complete tags, otherwise the exchange of goods will not be possible and the goods will be sent back.  
 
How can I claim the goods?
The goods can be claimed within the warranty period, which is 24 months from receipt of the goods. It is necessary to complain about a defect of the goods immediately after you find it, electronically to the e-mail address: info@zuppashop.com or by letter. Send or deliver the claimed goods together with the proof of payment for the goods and a description of the defect in person to the address: ZUPPA design s.r.o., with its registered office at Lesná 12, 900 44 Tomášov, Slovakia.ZUPPA is not liable for defects in the goods if the defect was caused by: a) mechanical damage to the product caused by the buyer, b) improper handling of the product in a manner other than specified in the instructions for use, c) use of goods in conditions that do not correspond to their humidity; chemical and mechanical effects of the natural environment of the goods, d) neglect of care and maintenance of the goods, e) damage to the goods by excessive loading, f) use of the goods contrary to the conditions specified in the documentation, general principles, technical standards or safety regulations or other breach of warranty conditions, (g) force majeure or natural disaster; (h) normal wear and tear of the goods (or parts thereof) caused by the use of the goods. We do not accept complaints made in the form of messages on social networks, because due to the large number of messages, it is not possible for us to respond in time.
